1- If the courses are taught annually at the faculty where the course will be taken, the course hours of the relevant course are doubled. For example, let’s say that the Commercial Law course is taught annually at a faculty. In the course information package of the faculty where the course is included in the curriculum, the credit of the course is stated as 3 and the ECTS as 7. Since the course is taught annually, it must be written twice on the summer education course registration form. In this case, 6 course hours are taken. This situation should be taken into account in the calculation of the maximum 16 hours of course hours foreseen for the summer school.
2- Although the course is shown as taught annually in the course information package of the faculty where the course is included in the curriculum, this course is opened as a semester in the summer school. This situation should be taken into consideration in the conditions for taking courses from another university in the summer school. For example, even if the European Union Law course appears as taught annually in the curriculum of a faculty, but is opened on a semester basis in the summer school and the credit of this course appears as 2 ECTS and 4, this course will not be adapted to an elective course with 3 credits and 5 ECTS in our faculty if it is opened on a semester basis.
